Hello, my name is Yod Roseborough, pronounced (yät).

I’ve been a business owner for more than 30 years and have successfully owned multiple hair salons, a tax office, real estate business, and an insurance agency & school.

I chose to deal in real estate because one transaction positively impacts the lives of everyone involved, from the admins, to the construction workers, and all the way up to the homeowners themselves. So the decision to fully commit myself to gaining more knowledge and experience in the real estate industry was a no brainer.

Embracing the opportunity to assist people in difficult and exasperating times of their lives when they could possibly be making the most expensive decision of their lives is quite gratifying and very rewarding.

Insurance knowledge piqued my interest because it seemed to be a sort of taboo topic to many people and I wanted to breakdown the terminologies, processes, and premise of it to relay to others.
